Nadia froze for a moment. Glancing over toward his side she looked to him as he watched out the window, shifting her gaze over then toward the driver, and finally turning to look out her own. As the city raced past outside she said with a familiar level of detachment, "That would be inappropriate, Mr. Knight."
As the words settled so did her position. City shifting from clear images to simple blurs of motion that she could make out only fleeting snapshots of specific places out at a time. Each captured her attention as she let her mind wander away from her once again.
