XP Expenditures/Character Sheet Changes

Full disclosure, my priority will likely be:
1. GM questions and management
2. IC Posting
3. XP expenditures and character sheet changes
Not a hard rule but the intent.
I will likely be dealing with XP/character sheets at the end of my day when I'm able to sort through books free and the like. XP requests will be timestamped to when they are posted here, so if the request was made on Day 3 and I wasn't able to personally deal with it until the start of Day 4, the changes will be around for use for your Day 4.
